Tart with Cherry Compote
Ingredients
2 eggs
340 g Organic flour “0”
100 g sugar
80 g Organic evo oil
1 sachet of yeast in powder
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Let’s Cook!
- Prepare the dough by starting to mixing the Organic flour with the eggs, sugar, Organic evo oil and a pinch of salt.
- Grate the lemon peel while being careful not to grate the white part as well.
- Add the yeast and mix all the ingredients.
- Knead the dough and form a ball. Let it rest in the fridge for about half an hour.
- Take the pasta back and set aside about 1/4 for the tart cover strips.
- Spread the dough on a work top directly on a baking paper disc suitable for the baking tray that you will use to cook it.
- Place the base of the tart in the baking tray and stick the edge. Cover the base with the cherry
compote. - With the pasta set aside, form strips to be placed on the tart in typical grill form.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes.
