The secret of Prosciutto “Gran Riserva” di Torano begins with a careful selection of pigs: only Italian pigs of fine and selected breeds; the meats are left to season for about 18 months.
The excellent raw material allows the use of very low amounts of salt that gives the ham an unparalleled sweetness and the particularly long seasoning enriches its scent and fragrance.
Afterwards the ham is thoroughly boneless and vacuum packed, making it “Easy to slice and Special to enjoy.”
