Mezzi Rigatoni Pasta with Organic Bacon of Black Pork and Organic Saffron

Ingredients for 4 people

400 g of Organic Mezzi Rigatoni
150 g of Black pig of Abruzzo bacon
1/2 teaspoon of Organic Saffron in pistils
Organic extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt to taste.

Let’s Cook!

Bring a pot with plenty of salted water to a boil, then when boiling add the Organic mezzi
rigatoni and cook them following the cooking times shown on the package.

In the meantime, put our Organic extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick pan, heat it up, then
add the Organic bacon black pig of Abruzzo cut into chunks and sauté until the bacon is
well browned.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain it, leave some cooking water aside. Drizzle the drained
pasta with the organic oil add the bacon then the saffron, now add the cooking water left
aside and mix everything well together.

Your mezzi rigatoni pasta with Organic saffron and organic bacon are ready!
