Genziana of Abruzzo
Liqueur obtained by cold infusion of βGhentiana Luteaβ roots in Pecorino wine.
All processes are carried out manually: maceration of raw materials, mixing, filtering, bottling and labeling.
The infusion is enriched by not only alcohol and sugar, but also some spices.
The alcohol content is 25Β°.
